CONDITION DETAILS
MECHANICAL— Upgraded to a 305 Chevrolet V8 with 4 barrel carby this car runs and drives with fantastic power. Sounds absolutely awesome and the mean rumble sounds like its had some work and a mild cam.
Handles fantastic and is a really super car to enjoy driving and cruising- has all the rumble and mean note of a true carby V8 but is really smooth and enjoyable to ride in on a long trip, with no rattles of many older cars and alot of modern luxuries.
Starts easily first time every time. The engine sounds really nice, super clean and fresh.
Our mechanic has recently gone over the vehicle and was very happy with it. We have receipts for all work. (Our mechanic that does all our work has been described by even our most discerning clients as meticulous and the best choice for these classic cars. He is happy to discuss the work he has done.)
-new fuel pump
-new sump gasket set /rocker cover gaskets
-new radiator shroud
-new spark plugs/ engine oil /oil filter/coolant etc
The engine drives really fresh with plenty of power.
It sounds awesome with a super mean rumble— sounds like it has a mild cam and has had some love spent on this engine with alot of chrome upgrades. It has no oil/fluid leaks (only a very very slow minor leak from transmission/ one from top of coolant bottle). This car appears mechanically excellent and runs, sounds and drives that way.
- ALLOY RADIATOR
-POWER STEERING feels great, no leaks seen.
-4 SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION changes well thru all gears.
-FRONT WHEEL DISC BRAKES and power boosted braking. The braking feels exceptionally good and very straight.
-TWIN EXHAUST from muffler back and dual chrome tips.
GOODYEAR 235 TYRES –Heaps tread on all tyres (older tyres). Awesome looking rims in very good condition, one fair cond.
BODY
Basically straight and clean. No real dints or dents, only one tiny small 1cm depression in r front fender and one on roof. Drivers door gap out a little with fender but otherwise gaps pretty good. All doors open, close, lock really smoothly/well.
NO RUST—appears structurally extremely sound and clean. A couple very small superficial surface treated bits on boot ledge, bonnet lip, few tiny surface paint bubbles (5mm) at bottom driver door but all small superficial and the car appears very sound and clean.
Most rubbers are in good condition, is missing just the rubber part along outside of window sill on drivers door.
Rear spoiler in very good to excellent cond.
PAINT: This car is a headturner and is a striking driver car but close up it is not a show car.
Overall paint looks great, polishes and shines up well and is in good condition. There are alot of small imperfections, very small paint cracks and chips (multiple very small little circles of tiny cracks over roof), touch ups when look close up. However a couple metres away car looks amazing and hence will suit a driver/club car to enjoy as it is.
STUNNING INTERIOR IN NEAR IMMACULATE CONDITION
*STUNNING DOUBLE STITCHED DETAIL AND QUALITY TO SEATS AND DOOR TRIMS. Quality thick soft door linings and seats that look stunning and are super comfortable.
*DASH, SUNVISORS, CARPETS ETC ALL IN EXCELLENT TO IMMACULATE CONDITION. Headliner very good condition– front half has been neatly quilted pinned up.
Overall interior is of excellent quality and near immaculate condition, only few small details like gear change label slightly discoloured, small neat covers over seatbelt roof attachments - overall the interior is luxurious and looks stunning.

Selling unregistered. (As I have trade plates (and the high cost of transferring rego makes registering my classic cars impractical) and when so many get sold interstate there is no point having rego or a rwc.)
